Rise brings it, making sure your day is better with the right support. “It’s a good day for it” brought this idea to life through photography of real clients and a tone of voice that captures this joy and sets it apart. Adding joy and finding a unique voice is central to the brand. In a tough hiring market, it’s what shaped the recruitment campaign “We really really need people who care”, driving a 400% lift in applications.
